We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Please note, we do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee of ₹99 applies.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or process a refund excluding shipping fees.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or unsealed, we advise you to refuse delivery and contact our customer assistance team immediately at customerassistance@themangrove.in.
