Policy

14 days. For whatever reason. Articles must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.

Products bought under any special offer are only eligible for an exchange (the replacement item must be of the same or higher value). Refunds or conversion to store credit is not applicable for such offers.

Request. Confirm. Handover. All India shipments include a pre-paid return shipping label.

Because sometimes one week flies too fast.

The Details

We include a pre-paid return label in every shipment to make the process easy for you. Generate a return request, choose a convenient pick-up date, and we’ll handle the rest.

Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your Mangrove article within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return and return the item to you.

Money Back

For accepted returns, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 3–5 working days, or exchange it for another available size or product, based on your preference.

Refunds apply only to the purchased item and exclude packaging, gifts, or any free items included in your order.

Return & Exchange Process

The easiest way to return or exchange is by generating a request on our website:

  • If you placed your order while signed in, go to “My Orders” under your “My Account” section.
  • For guest orders, visit the “Track Your Order” page and enter your Order ID and the email used at the time of purchase.

You can also contact us directly if you need help or prefer personal assistance.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once collected by our delivery partners. However, they can be returned or exchanged once delivered. For accepted cancellations, we will refund your amount or exchange the item within 3–5 working days.

Damages

Please inform our customer assistance team if you receive any articles without tags or if the packaging is damaged or unsealed. Do not accept a delivery if the packaging is compromised.
